Who processes your data

What we collect

Only what you send through the contact form: name, company, email, area of interest and your message. The server also logs the IP address the submission comes from, to prevent abuse.

Why we process it

To reply and assess a possible project together. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request.

Who it is shared with

The site is hosted on Netsons servers in the European Union. Requests are delivered by email to a Google Workspace mailbox. We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.

For how long

For as long as needed to handle the request and, if a working relationship follows, for the statutory retention periods.

Cookies

This site uses no profiling cookies and no analytics or tracking tools. That's why there is no banner.

Your rights

You can at any time ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, port or object to the processing of your data by writing to info@winterludegroup.net. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
